Welcome to Focus. By accessing or using our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Focus ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Service.

Our Service allows you to create, store, and manage tasks, notes, and other content ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights to the User Content you post
• The User Content does not violate the rights of any third party
• The User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

Our Service includes AI-powered features for task prioritization, coaching, and productivity assistance. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• AI recommendations are suggestions and should not be relied upon as professional advice
• We may process your content to provide AI-powered features
• AI outputs may not always be accurate or appropriate for your specific situation
• You maintain full control over which suggestions to follow or ignore

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
